Government Shutdown as of October 1, 2025

CalFresh benefits are funded for October. However, if the federal government shutdown continues past October 23, November CalFresh benefits may be delayed. You can keep using your existing CalFresh benefits.

It is important to keep submitting all required paperwork (Semi-Annual Report – SAR7, renewals, and verifications) to avoid delays once funds resume.
